UNITY 2B3 Ltd, its affiliates, coaches, and instructors do not provide financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Any decision you make is entirely at your own risk. Always consult a qualified, FCA-regulated independent financial adviser before making financial decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

2.2 Health, Fitness & Nutrition

Information within Fitness and Nutrition programmes is general wellness education. UNITY 2B3 is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian before beginning any exercise programme, diet, supplementation, or lifestyle change. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

2.3 Mental Health & Mindset

Mental Health and mindset content is for personal development and general wellbeing awareness only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or the Samaritans (116 123).

2.4 Property, Estate Planning & Business

All property, estate planning, and business content is educational. We do not guarantee property returns, deal availability, profitability, or business outcomes. Case studies and figures are illustrative only. Always take independent legal, tax, and financial advice.

2.5 Ecommerce & Technology / A.I.

Ecommerce and A.I. content improves digital literacy and business awareness. We do not warrant the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of any third-party tools referenced. Use third-party platforms at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

When you register you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information and keep your account details up to date.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account credentials with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Copy, record, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
• Upload malware, spam, defamatory, abusive, or obscene material.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other members, business providers, or staff.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or access restrictions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt any part of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any breach of these Terms or community standards, without prior notice and without liability.

• UNITY 2B3 is free to join with no credit card required at registration. Certain premium features, content, or live sessions may require an upgraded membership plan.
• Current fees for memberships, programmes, and events are shown on official UNITY 2B3 pages and may be updated periodically.
• We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or introduce pricing, packages, and promotions at any time with reasonable notice where required by law.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in full prior to access. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
• Refunds (if applicable) are governed by the specific product or service refund policy presented at the point of purchase.
• Recurring subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

UNITY 2B3 operates an empowerment marketplace where verified business providers ("Providers") offer services to members. The following applies:

• UNITY 2B3 acts as a platform intermediary only. We are not a party to any agreement made between a member and a Provider.
• Providers are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their services, and compliance with applicable law.
• While we carry out verification checks, we do not guarantee, endorse, or warrant any Provider's services, qualifications, or outcomes.
• Any dispute between you and a Provider is to be resolved directly between the parties concerned. We may, at our discretion, assist in mediation.
• Providers who list on the marketplace agree to separate Provider Terms and are subject to compliance review and removal at our discretion.

UNITY 2B3 operates a referral and affiliate system that allows members to earn rewards by referring new members or directing traffic to approved partner offers. The following applies:

• Referral rewards are subject to eligibility criteria, which may change at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, automated click generation, or duplicate accounts — will result in reward disqualification and potential account termination.
• Affiliate commissions are paid subject to applicable tracking, verification, and payment terms. UNITY 2B3 does not guarantee commission amounts or outcomes.
• We reserve the right to audit, withhold, or reverse rewards where abuse or breach is suspected.
• Participation in any affiliate or rewards programme is optional and subject to the specific programme terms presented at the time.

• Respectful and inclusive behaviour is required at all times. Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.
• Do not share others' personal or confidential information without their explicit consent.
• Do not post unsolicited promotional content, spam, or unauthorised advertisements in community spaces.
• Do not share copyrighted materials belonging to UNITY 2B3 or third parties without permission.
• Reported content and conduct is reviewed by our moderation team. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict/terminate access to protect the community.
• Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion, though we aim to act fairly and proportionately.

UNITY 2B3 TV provides live and on-demand sessions as part of the platform experience. Please note:

• Live session schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
• Recording, screenshotting, or distributing live session content is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in live sessions is subject to community conduct standards. Disruptive participants may be removed without refund.
• Access to specific sessions or channels may be restricted by membership tier or empowerment area selection.

All content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, live/session recordings, course materials, empowerment tools, and platform features are the intellectual property of UNITY 2B3 Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access content for personal, educational use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, recording, resale, public display, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written consent.

Content you upload or post within the platform (user-generated content) remains your property, but you grant UNITY 2B3 a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it within the platform for operational purposes.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights.

By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We may reference, link to, or integrate third-party platforms, tools, payment processors, and services (including Stripe, Google, and others). UNITY 2B3 does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Participation in affiliate offers, partner services, or external platforms is entirely optional and subject to the relevant third party's own policies. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNITY 2B3 Ltd, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services, including but not limited to:

• Financial loss arising from reliance on educational content.
• Physical injury arising from fitness, nutrition, or wellness content.
• Loss of data, earnings, or goodwill.
• Actions or omissions of third-party Providers listed on the marketplace.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNITY 2B3 Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email. Updates take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may discontinue features, content, or access (temporarily or permanently) at our discretion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
